Responsible Gambling

It’s important to us to provide our players with the finest online bingo games, but we want you to take care of yourself too. Responsible gambling is an ethos that we preach here and we can point you towards some resources that you can use if you’re having issues with gambling.

How Do you Know if you Have a Gambling Problem?

The signs of this type of problem vary from person to person, so no one guide of symptoms will fit everyone. If you’re feeling like you’re not having fun when you play anymore then you may want to consider having a break.

If this is negatively impacting your day to day life or you just don’t feel like yourself when you don’t gamble then there are organisations out there that can help. Even if a loved one has expressed concern about how much you gamble then it may be time to make a change.

Gamcare and Gamblers Anonymous can provide you with further information on dealing with these problems.

How to Tackle Behaviour on our Site

We offer our players a few different options that they can use to limit themselves when they play with us. Playing bingo responsibly means different things to different people, so you can use these flexibly.

Set Up Deposit Limits

If you want to limit the amount that you can place on our site then you can contact our service team. Just send them an email telling them how much you want to be able to deposit on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. If you’re a new player then you can set these up automatically from the cashier window when you first deposit.

If you have a change of heart then get in touch again, we can lift these limits but you will be required to wait for 1 day as a cooling off time. You’ll need to get in touch with our support team again to reconfirm your request.

Excluding Yourself from our Site

If you want to cut off your account altogether then our support team can also help with this. Send us an email with how long you’d like to be offline for and we can get that sorted for you. We self-exclude players for a minimum of 6 month, after this time you must get back in touch with us to open up your account once more.

Bear in mind that once you have requested this limit, we can’t reopen your account until the requested time is up. The exclusion will also be in place over the entirety of our network and Jumpman Gaming site.

If you don’t want to go as far as a 6-month exclusion, you can ‘take a break’ through support too. This could be for a day, one week, one month or for up to six weeks. In this case, your account will be reopened when the break is over.

Those that close their account rather than excluding are able to reopen it whenever they like. Again, this is a job for our support team, just tell them your details and they can get to work getting your account back online. You can also self-exclude your account and apply deposit limits here.

Use our Reality Check

If time tends to fly when you’re playing online bingo then you can access the reality check tool. This is just a really simple timer that will pop up and tell you how long you have been playing for. It’s important to keep a track of time and your balance when you play, this tool can come in very handy for players.

When it pops up, you will have the option to keep playing, go to your transactions or end your session. You can set this up to appear as often as you would like. Set up your bespoke one here.

Staying Secure

We also want to make sure our players are staying secure, so take some steps to protect your account. Don’t share your details with anyone and if you suspect unauthorised access then change your password right away. Keep a track of your balance and transactions to ensure that no one is using your account.

Preventing Underage Gambling

All of our players are subject to identity checks and we do our utmost to only allow those over the age of 18 to play. You can use filtering programs like Net Nanny or Cybersitter to limit what your children are able to access from your computer.

If you have any concerns regarding problem or underage gambling then get in touch with us. We want to make sure all of our members are responsible, having fun and of the age to do so. Our support team will be eager to help with any questions, queries or comments that you may have regarding these issues.
